Early this morning, I came across a body on the abandoned tracks that hang above the City. This is unfortunately, not a new sight for me, but a distressful one nonetheless. A young man with black hair, a blue shirt, and jeans, brutally killed where no one could see. MCPD took several minutes to respond, but eventually made it to the scene. The scene had the distinct "marks" of the so-called 'Mark Killer' that has been sweeping the city recently. They are one of three known killers in the area, but no description has been found. It is recommended that you stay in a group and try not to stray away from other people, as all three killers have been known to attack people alone. Although this sight is harrowing, it's a grim reminder of the world we face. I can only hope that the MCPD and any available heroes can find and apprehend the culprits at large.

Late tonight, a man in all black clothing accosted a worker at the local Starbricks, startling them. Metro City Police quickly came to the scene, ensuing a chase into the woods nearby. After several minutes of active combat, the assailant was taken down, and successfully apprehended. Though strange, it was only the start of a streak of crimes that happened tonight. Several other harrowing accounts occured, including a robbery at a local clothing shop, and worst yet, another murder on the long list of recent deaths. MCPD have not yet released proper statements about the perpetrators or who to look out for, only to stay inside and near other people. Though I myself have stayed vigilant, it comes into question of whether or not the MCPD are aware of what they're dealing with. To the right of this article I've provided some pictures of the situation at hand, as well as some of my own discoveries.
